Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, designs, code, copy, and creative work produced by Theah Victoria - Conversion Designer remains the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our work without written consent.
All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, templates, and proprietary systems used to deliver services remain the sole property of Theah Victoria - Conversion Designer.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are outlined in your individual proposal or invoice
- A deposit may be required before project commencement, as specified in your agreement
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
- Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services
- We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; existing agreements will honor original pricing
- Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of significant failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
For digital products (templates, courses, guides), all purchases are final and no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. Please review all product details before purchasing.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful delivery of services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback as required
- Respond to communication within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays
- Ensure you have the right to use any content, assets, or materials you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your business

We may reference your project or use anonymized results as a portfolio example or case study unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Work completed up to the termination date remains the property of the Company until payment is cleared
- Client materials and assets will be returned upon request
We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful or inappropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Theah Victoria - Conversion Designer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.
